What It Is
This digital sculpture is meant to feel like a resilient network: ever-changing, cooperative, resourceful, and hard to take offline.
Each point is a node. Each line is a link. The single square in the middle is the message, and no single failure ends the network. The structure holds because it's connected in many overlapping ways. That's the whole point.
Why This Matters
Unlike centralized systems that die when a tower goes down, resilient networks create multiple pathways between nodes. The sculpture hints at this: connections form, fade, and re-form; messages still find a way through.
In the real world, this same mindset shows up as layered comms: Meshtastic for low-power neighborhood messaging, GMRS for local voice, and ham for longer range and experimentation. Different tools, same philosophy.
Any node in the sculpture could be you. Every connection could be a relationship with a neighbor. Every packet could be the message that keeps your community informed when everything else fails.
This is what we're building: comms that survive because they're decentralized & cooperative.
